Participation Prizes for US

Any update on participation prizes for US developers.
1. Are there developers still waiting for prizes or I am the only one left?
2. Hey Amazon is prize distribution still in progress?

    Hey, even I didn't received any participation prize. I have filled the form as well as I got a confirmation email from Khimee.
