Invalid promotion code

Hi,

I am from India, the promotion code that I received after applying says "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase." I am adding echo dot 3 and fire stick 4k individually as there is no combine purchase option. Please look into this.

    I have the same problem! Whether I try to add both the echo dot 3 + the fire TV stick 4k or just the fire TV stick 4k, I'm greeted with an error saying, "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."
    This is on Amazon.in

    Same issue here also. There is no such product available in Amazon India site. "Fire TV Stick 4K bundle with Echo Dot (3rd Gen)". Please make it available for us to purchase accordingly. Otherwise pls rectify the error to order both separately in the same cart. Thank you

    I'm in the US and can find the product listing on Amazon, but, like everyone else, the code comes up as being invalid.

    If you add Amazon Echo - Smart speaker then the coupon is applicable. But that should not be the case. Also the amount given to us is Rs 5576.00, and that is not the price of them combined. (Echo Dot 3rd Gen and Amazon Fire Stick 4k Bundle).

    No only the Amazon Echo Smart Speaker (Rs 7999.00/-). You can add anything else but the code has a value of Rs 5576, so anything except that had to be paid.

    Weren't we supposed to get the Fire TV Stick 4k or a gift card of equivalent value?
    What's the point of getting a code that only applies to the Echo, and still requires us to pay over 2k? Makes zero sense.
    Please look into this and resolve this so that the promo code at least applies to the original prize mentioned (Fire TV Stick 4k / Stick 4k + Echo Dot bundle).

    This is total BS I can only use this code on Echo Speaker (Rs 7999.00/-), but the code is only Rs 5576.00/- meaning I have to spend Rs 2423/- extra to buy a product that I don't even want in first place. Also they don't mention anything about this in email. It's just a huge scam.

    I don't know what is the use of such promotion code. Please provide the original prize or convert in into the gift card which can be added to account

    Well as per rules the prize was 80 usd for combo bundle. That should match the amount of INR5576. I guess the need to prove by a bundle in Amazon India for the same price. Waiting for response from Amazon.

    Got A Replacement Code Today and I was able to use it buy things other than Amazon Echo. Very Happy.
