Delayed certification

Hi, any one else experiencing delays in certification?

    Yes, my certification was to be completed after three days of submission and now I am getting a message that it will be done by Feb 5, 2019!

    Hey Guys!

    We're investigating the delays and timeline to see if there's anything we can do. I'll post an update to everyone if I find out anything.

    Question, is your review date changing? Did it say Feb. 1st and then change to Feb. 5th, for example, or was it always Feb. 5th?

    In my case when I first submitted (1/21/2019, 9:17 PM) my skill the estimated time was three days (1/24/2019, 9:17 PM), I discovered an issue, withdrew my skill from certification and submitted it again (1/22/2019, 1:08 PM) after rectifying the issue and the new tentative date was 2/28/2019 which changed to 2/05/2019, 1:08 PM with the message "It is taking more time than anticipated to review your skill. We are working diligently to review your skill by the newly updated date. Thank you for your understanding."
    Thank you for responding and it's really not an issue as there is substantial time till the deadline of February 22, 2019.

    Thanks for sharing that. Did you mean 1/28/2019 instead of 2/28?

    I got the review for my website and unfortunately, there was an issue with the skill which I rectified and resubmitted. The next result will now be available on 2/13/2019, 6:38 PM.

    Mine was submitted the 20th of January, and was planned to be reviewed the 1rst of February.
    I still not have the result and it now displays a delay: it just changed result date planned to 15 of February (!)

    If there is any problem detected during this review, I doubt I will have the time to make any fix and to have it validated again in time for the limit date...

    I finally had the result today (thanks if someone pushed for that)… And it failed. So I fixed the problem and reapplied for submission (planned for 19 of February. I hope it won't have more delay).

    Sorry for the delay on this thread. I was waiting for confirmation. We're extending the certification period to help everyone out!

    It's getting worse. I just got an update on an existing skill, which I'm rectifying with APL. They are
    1) rejecting for reasons that are not clear
    2) rejecting an existing live skill with the same functionality with different reasons.
    3) testing with functionality not designed and developed for
    At this rate, I'm not sure my skill will make it to the challenge. Any help Stephanie? Thanks in advance

    Mine is in her 5th certification cycle (!). I'm quite upset about certification team which raised new problems at each cycle that they could have raised in previous iterations.
    Additionally, due to my choice to make available my skill for quite all countries, I had strong difficulties with rules on example sentence which are not clear about slots.
    I would be really disappointed to be disqualified because of example sentences having not time written exactly like how the certification team expect it to be (1h30, 1 30, 1:30 ?), while the skill itself works perfectly well.

    I'm now have only one problem remaining about, always, an example sentence in one language only... I fixed it and re-submitted today, but the target date for the result is the 13/03... I hope it will be faster (like all previous iterations which were shorter than announced).

    On another side, to finish on a good point: the tool seems the have been improved in March or end en February to detect automatically such problem on example sentences (but not all, since it did not detected the one I just fixed).

    I have submitted my skill and got a failing scenario from testing team. But the case was in and skill working fine as expected. So I have raised ticket for support team and re-submitted again.

    Like Guillaume, I have gone through multiple cycles, with an new problem appearing each time. First cycle took 17 days for feedback, 8 days for second cycle, and 8 for the third. Hopefully, this is the last one, as the last two cycles only found one problem. My last submission was on March 1 though, so unless things speed up, I won't make the deadline. Any suggestions?

    Hi! Sorry about the multiple cycles. From your message, it looks like you resubmitted again right when you found out about any issues, which is the best thing to do at this point!

    Mine has been validated also yesterday... Ouf !
    6 days, it has been the shortest validation cycle for me also.
