Waiting for review

I have the skill submitted but it is waiting for review. If the entry still valid if it is submitted for review but not published by Amazon by the deadline?

    Hi! When you submit your skill for review, it may not be live or certified by the first initial deadline of January 22nd at 5:00pm EST but as long as you submit your skill for review by then it should be a valid entry.

    I just resubmitted for my skill to be reviewed. Today.
