About APL Touchwrapper

I was thinking about implementing a touch wrapper on an image but the given example for it in the APL documentation is not very clear. I was unable to find what should we pass in the arguments array in OnPressed section of a Touchwrapper. So can anyone please explain to me or just post an example of Touchwrapper.
