Alexa Notifications, How to implement

Hi, I know Alexa supports notifications, there are many skills with this feature enabled.
But I can't found and explained guide about how to use this api. I would like implement notifications in my Skill, Can someone from Amazon share a detailed guide to how implement this in Skills.
