Contest prizes

Hi - I am looking to update my existing skill and also build new skill utilizing APL. Can you please suggest if I would be eligible for both prizes (Fire TV and Echo Dot)?

    Hi Prashant!

    U.S. Participants with eligible submissions for new skills will receive a participant prize of an echo dot (3rd gen) + fire tv stick 4k bundle while international participants will receive a gift card of the same value. U.S. participants with updated skills that are eligible will only receive an echo dot and international participants receive a gift card of the same value.

    However, there is a limit of one participant prize per participant (maker) not per skill. If you build both an updated skill and a new skill, and both meets eligibility requirements, then you would receive one Echo dot and Fire TV Stick 4K bundle.

    If your updated skill is the only one eligible then you would only receive an Echo dot. Please keep in mind that these prizes apply to US participants, if you're an international participant you would receive a gift card of equivalent value.

    You have mentioned "a gift card of equivalent value" for international participant. Please confirm this value indicates the price equivalant to the device value in US or price equivalent to the device value of the international participant country. Because device price varies country to country.

    Hi! Yes, it's equivalent to the value in USD so for a new skill that is eligible, it would be an $80 USD value and for an existing, updated skill it would be a $50 USD value.
