Hosting skill question

What does "Host your skill on AWS Lambda (recommended), or another hosting service of your choice" mean? Do I have to do this? Can I simply record a video of me using the Amazon Alexa Skill Developer manual test page to show off the skill?

  In order to publish a skill, it has to be hosted somewhere. Here's a help page from the Alexa Skills Kit documentation: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/custom-skills/host-a-custom-skill-as-an-aws-lambda-function.html

  Remember, for this challenge, you must also use the Alexa Presentation Language (https://developer.amazon.com/docs/alexa-presentation-language/apl-overview.html) not simply a voice-only skill. You do also have to include a demo video of your skill functioning for your Devpost submission.
